Structa is a company of problem solvers who are passionate about engineering and improving the places that we work, live and learn. Since our beginning in 2004 we have grown in size and capability and have brought together talented teams of engineers and technicians focused on achieving our clients’ aims and aspirations through their hard work and dedication.
We value diversity and adopt an inclusive culture which has a positive impact in our workplace. We have employed a number of long-standing technicians and engineers who have achieved professional membership of the ICE. Young engineers are encouraged to develop technical skills by being involved in projects irrespective of profile, size or complexity. Exposure to design team meetings with client contacts enhances communication skills and fosters increased commercial awareness. For our senior staff, we have implemented a management development programme to help nurture their skills and provide personal development.
