Recently, the entire Structa team gathered at the beautiful Dorney Lake, Windsor, location of the 2012 London Olympic rowing events for an away day to mark our 20-year anniversary.
The event kicked off with a session on People & Culture, where we worked together to define what makes us an employer of choice and how we can further develop our people management.There was a special focus on what it means to trust one another, as members of a team with a collective goal, but also the importance of building trust with our clients.
Following a mid-morning coffee break, we then focussed on our clients, who are fundamental to our success, including hearing valuable insights from the partners on how we can continue to best deliver and support each and every one of them, allowing us to continue to flourish as a dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable engineering partner.
A stop for lunch saw our employees refuel and enjoy the sunshine before an afternoon session covering company Performance and Future plans, followed by some fun and occasionally challenging team building exercises!
Our programme concluded with a trip to Windsor races, where some were lucky and others less so! All were able to relax, socialise and reflect as the sun set on a great day.
Many thanks to Dorney Lake for providing such an incredible venue, but most of all to our fantastic people who all contributed to a truly memorable and productive occasion.
