Holidays – In addition to Public Holidays, all employees receive 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time roles). Entitlement increases for long service with an additional 2 days at 5 years and a further 2 days at 10 years of continuous employment.

Core Office Hours – We want to ensure our employees have a work-life balance and can spend time with their families. Our core working policy ensures that the majority of staff are available between 10.00am and 4.00pm but allows flexibility around these hours to suit your working style or personal commitments.
